Working with me as your virtual personal trainer, you can workout from the comfort of your own environment whether that’s your home, office, on vacation, etc. I’ll design safe, fun, and effective workouts that push you outside your comfort zone for fast results. Each workout I design is uniquely for you. I don’t have a cookie cutter approach to training and no workouts are automated. You’ll be burning fat, building muscle, and dropping inches from head to toe.
No fancy equipment is necessary. I can build workouts around the equipment you already have and enjoy using. If you don’t have any equipment at all, that’s not a problem. I am the queen of compound body weight exercises. We will start where you are for fitness level and with what you have for equipment. I’ll show you proper form, target the muscle groups you want to improve, and increase your energy levels.
You save big by investing in Online Personal Training at rates at a fraction of the cost of my face to face rates. You can opt for a single session on up to 12 sessions. The discount increases per session as you purchase higher session packages. Each session lasts 50 minutes. We will meet via Zoom or Skype a minimum of once per week.
